Delete your account

From the app

Open Kavall, go to Profile and tap «Delete my account». You will be asked to confirm.

Your session closes right away and you stop receiving notifications. The account is deleted for good thirty days later, so you can change your mind: just log back in and cancel it.

If you no longer have the app

Write to info@cactux.com from your account’s email address and we will delete it for you. We will confirm when it is done.

What is erased

Deleting your account removes everything that lets you log in and be notified:

• Your sign-in account and your password.
• All your open sessions.
• The devices registered for notifications and their identifiers.

What is kept, and why

Your record at the club — name and contact details — belongs to the club, which needs it to manage and account for its activity. If you want it erased too, you can ask when deleting your account or ask your club directly.

Invoices, charges and payments are not deleted. The law requires keeping them for several years and they are part of the club’s accounts, not just your data. Throughout that period they stay blocked: out of everyday use and available only to meet legal obligations.
